Christmas Eve Dinner, Feast of the Seven Fish, this dinner comprised of at least seven different fish, is a Christmas Eve tradition for many. The following fish based recipes curated from my past blog posts, represent several ideas for a memorable celebration. I have selected recipes with the following criteria; easy to prepare, will work for sit down, served, or buffet style dinner, and are all prepared with easily procured fish. Croquettes of Tuna with ricotta and parmesan cheeses, deep fried until a golden brown

Calamari rings deep fried to a light golden brown, great eaten as a appetizer lightly salted with a dipping sauce or sprinkled on top of salad greens and dressed.
This easy salad can also be made with lobster tail instead of the shrimp as in the traditional recipe, either way it is delicious.
Italian Octopus Salad
A lovely salad staring Octopus, mixed with potatoes, celery, black olives and parsley.
Spaghetti with Red Clam Sauce
Always a winner, this dish, one of the most popular seafood pastas a wonderful first course addition to any grand fish dinner
Shrimp, Swordfish Lemon Mustard Kebobs
A grilled combination of Shrimp and Swordfish with a tangy, tasty mustard lemon marinade.
