What’s Mickey Cooking, it is hard to believe that we are 6 Months old, this journey has been so much fun. I hope everyone is enjoying my food journal as much as I am! Today, in honor of this Anniversary and to thank you for the sharing and support of What’s Mickey Cooking,  I would like to share each month’s most visited  and popular recipe post.  Here they are, the  recipes most viewed and liked by my large family of What’s Mickey Cooking followers!

March, our first month the most popular, and one of my personal all time favorite’s Bucatini Amatriciana

April, surprisingly, another Amatriciana, this time in Bianco without tomato sauce,  and made with lovely imported rigatoni,  Rigatoni Amatriciana in Bianco.

May, brings warm weather along with fresh basil, so the most viewed recipe was of course, Pesto Genovese,  Spaghetti with Basil Pesto.

June, with all it’s fresh vegetables from  gardens or farmers market, eggplant being one, the most popular recipe this month was, Cheese and Tomato Stuffed Eggplant.

July, now we are full swing into “Picnic Season”, so it is not surprising that our most viewed post for this month was a picnic friendly chicken salad,  Chicken Salad, Mediterranean Style.

And now here we are in August, winding down the Summer,  the most popular recipe for this month is a surprise, delicious Spaghetti Frittata, the most viewed.
