Chef’s Salad for lunch or dinner. Sometimes it is just nice to have a big, fresh salad that you can prepare in no time at all. On hot summer days when you want a meal that does not need to be cooked, a chef salad with meat and cheese is a great alternative. I love to make and eat all kinds of salads, but today’s selection, the Chef’s Salad is one that we have seen on many menu. Let’s cook!!
